upholstery machines line includes 4 different walking foot industrial
sewing machines. The NC206RB is a single needle, walking foot sewing
machine perfect for sewing covers, tarps, mats, cushions, and just about
any industrial sewing application. The NC206RB is the highest rated
walking foot machine in the world along with the Pfaff. It's quality
design will provide a lifetime of reliable sewing. It is made in Japan
with the same precision for over 50 years. This unit also accommodates the
following industries: Upholstery, Auto, Aircraft, Marine, and RV.
The NC211RB is our double needle
walking foot sewing machine.
The industry's only self oiling twin
needle walking foot machine sews two parallel stitches at once. It's
perfect for attaching velcro to gym mats, seats/cushions, tarps, covers,
etc. If you must sew two stitches and only wish to make one pass, this
unit will save time and labor. They are usually ordered in 1/4"or 3/8"
Needle Gauge, but we can accommodate any width. This unit also
accommodates the following industries: Upholstery, Auto, Aircraft, Marine,
and RV.
Our 30" long arm has set the
standard for long arm walking foot machines.
The NC206RBL offers the largest
inside throat in the entire industry. If you wish to sew deep into
material no matter the thickness, this machine will accommodate you. It's
perfect for sewing any sports sewing application. It also can be utilized
in the following industries: Marine, Aircraft, Auto, Awnings, Furniture,
Cushions.
The NC305L long arm walking foot
sews both a zig zag and straight stitch.
This single needle long arm walking
foot is utilized by sewers that require additional in depth sewing. For
example, if you need to sew a circle 20 inches into your sample this unit
permits this application. It's perfect for power sports, sails, and
decorative sewing. The Marine, Aircraft, Auto, Awnings, and Upholstery
Industries traditionally also employ these units for their interior sewing
needs.
Our line of netting machinery is
capable of attaching rope to netting, joining nets together, and serging /
finishing the edge of the net.
Our netting machines are designed to
withstand multiple daily shift use and require minimal maintenance. We
have prepared our units to sew sports, safety, cargo, fishing, laundry
bag, and mosquito nets. Clients such as West Coast Netting, Blue Mountain,
and Sports field Specialties purchased these units to cut back on downtime
and part replacement costs. They are built to last a lifetime and
operating costs are very low.
The netting machinery lineup
includes 3 primary machines.
Our two main units (81200NTP &
81200TF) can handle all netting and rope thicknesses. As a result, one
machine will handle all your jobs. Our most widely used unit is the
81200NTP. It is our most industrial model as it's equipped with a top &
bottom driving rear puller and extra high lift. This would be the
equivalent to the army issued Humber of of difficult sewing. If the the
NTP is the humvee than the 81200TF is the Jeep Cherokee. This unit is
equipped with a close coupled rear puller, high lift, and is more
affordable than the NTP. Both the 81200NTP & 81200TF Are capable of
attaching rope to netting, joining nets together, and serving/finishing
the edge of netting.
The 860N is our specialty model for
light netting.
It's primary function is to finish
the edge of netting and join light duty nets
together. In some cases it cases it can set up to attach thin rope. |
